Skiing Deer Valley is designed to offer an experience tailored to be as unique as each guest! Deer Valley limits the number of skiers on the mountain each day to give you the best possible ski experience. Enjoy the epic groomed trails and excellent powder stashes under blue skies or while it’s dumping outside. The terrain is great for beginners and expert skiers alike. Intermediate and advanced skiers will form groups and be guided by amazing mountain hosts. The beginner skier group will ski with a seasoned instructor throughout the day. Join us on the mountain for the ski experience of a lifetime!

Snowboarding

Between its proximity to downtown Park City and its modern Olympic legacy, Park City Mountain has developed a reputation for sophistication, excellent skiing and snowboarding, world-class terrain parks and accessibility. Featuring more than 7,300 acres, Park City Mountain also boasts the most lift accessible acreage in the U.S. Including 43 lifts, 341 runs and six terrain parks.

NOTE: Snowboarding is not allowed at Deer Valley so you will have transportation take you to Park City to snowboard.

Sips and Soldering Jewelry Making Class with Wine & Cheese
Celebrate Park City’s silver mining history by creating your own custom sterling silver stackable ring. Choose from a variety of widths to find the perfect piece of sterling silver wire that fits your personality. Instructors will then help you customize it with stamps, textures, words or special dates. After adding your personal touch to your band, instructors will help you fit it to one of your fingers and teach you how to shape and solder it into a ring with a torch, file, mallet, and polisher.
If you prefer to make a custom sunglass chain or a beaded bolo that celebrates the influence of Utah’s native ancestors, instead of making a ring, instructors will lead you through this experience which will allow you to let your creative juices flow with thousands of bead options. Instructors will share their input and inspiration, but you will be the creative genius wiring beads to create your very own masterpiece.
During the class your tastebuds will be delighted with wine and a charcuterie board featuring some of Utah’s finest local cheeses.

Horseback Riding with Creamery Tour and Lunch

Step back in time and re-live the old western days on a scenic horseback ride at historic Soldier Hollow Valley, the venue of the 2002 Winter Olympics Nordic Biathlon. Wranglers and horses will take you on a ride you’ll never forget, where you will enjoy views of the Wasatch Mountains and Deer Creek Reservoir. After the ride you will be transported to one of our favorite local cheese farms for a cheesemaking tour and lunch.

Park City Historic E-Bike Tour
Wednesday, April 1st
Join us for an epic E-bike tour featuring the fascinating history and creative artwork of Park City, intermingled with breathtaking trails and jaw dropping mountain backdrops. Seasoned guides will cater to the group's riding abilities by making the necessary stops along the way. If weather conditions permit, bikes will be taken off-road, but otherwise they will remain on paved paths throughout the tour. The tour is approximately 15 miles on Park City pathways, visiting major historical sites around town including Main Street, cemeteries, historical buildings, mine shafts, art installations and more. At each site we discuss the importance of the location to town and its’ historical significance.

*Please note that this is not a single-track mountain bike ride. All trails will be wide with gentle inclines whether paved or on dirt.

Curling
Wednesday, April 1st
Slide your “stone” towards the “house” and get your “sweepers” ready for this exciting event on ice. Here, teams are awarded for patience, precision and style. With coaches assigned to teams of 3 - 6 people, guests learn the finer techniques and scoring of traditional curling. Once everyone has the basics, the competition is on!
Your time would not be complete without a visit to historic Main Street. Here you can stay and explore on your own or head back to the resort.
*Do not participate in curling if you are pregnant.

“Hit The Range”
Shooting Experience at the Park City Gun Club

Come “have a blast” with us at the Park City Gun Club’s first-rate indoor gun shooting facility and training center that features all the latest technology and instruction and oversight from seasoned and well-trained ex-military instructors. Enjoy the 25-yard range while testing a wide variety of high end firearms.

Use of an extensive library of rental firearms, range safety officers and instructors are available to assist and instruct. Eye and ear protection provided, as well as a safety briefing before getting started. You will also have access to fully automatic machine guns, ammunition, targets, noise suppressors, and snacks.

Dog Sledding
Thursday, April 2nd
This dogsledding tour is one experience you will never forget! Come join us for an incredible ride along private river trails and mountain ranches. These well-tempered and trained dogs are led by the best mushers in the area with an established reputation to make your dogsledding tour a unique and memorable experience.
The tour will start with 2 people riding a dog sled while the other two are on a snowmobile following along. Throughout the tour the four of you will be able to switch places and each group will experience half an hour on the dog sleds and the other half an hour on snowmobiles watching the sledding.

Each sled can carry a maximum of two adults at a total of maximum of 350 pounds.
​
*Available weather permitting. There is a possibility tour will cancel if weather conditions are non-cooperative.

Glass Blowing

Guided by the skilled artisans at Red Flower Studios, you'll create a one-of-a-kind piece to cherish as a lasting memory of your time in Park City. This hands-on experience offers a captivating glimpse into the rich history, science and techniques of the ancient art of glassblowing.

Recommended Attire: Comfortable casual clothes are recommended. Cotton and wool are preferred over synthetic materials. Close-toed shoes are required. Participants will be standing and moving around and it is usually warm within the space.

Utah Olympic Park, Bobsledding & Free Time on Main Street
Thursday, April 2nd
Enjoy a Park City fun filled day! Start your journey with a stop at the Utah Olympic Park where the 2002 Nordic ski jump and bobsledding competitions were held. Head to the top of the bobsled and the Nordic ski jump to see the amazing views and learn more about the 2002 Olympic Games from a knowledgeable guide.
Bobsledding will be available for those adventurous souls in the group who want the extra thrill and a chance to create a once in a lifetime memory. High speeds and g-force make this an adrenaline rush like no other.
After the tour and bobsledding you will have time to wander through the interactive visitor center and museum to learn more about the history of skiing and the 2002 Olympic Games.
Your time would not be complete without a visit to historic Main Street. Here you can stay and explore on your own or head back to the resort.
*Riding the bobsled is an optional part of this activity and is not recommended if you are pregnant or have serious heart, back or neck issues.
